Auctioneer’s Note: Dr. Richard Jordan was a world traveler who collected a fair amount of eclectic and interesting as well as valuable items during his travels. This auction will help to settle his estate for his family. There is no load out assistance provided by Blackmon Auctions…Bring help, dollys, furniture movers etc.

Waterford Crystal, refrigeration units, sterling silver, dinner ware, Stainless Glass, a full household of housewares, leather couches and recliners, dining table and chairs, kitchen table and chairs, armoires, bar stools, many area rugs, décor, pictures, wall art, outdoor furniture, Christmas trees and décor and decorations and more.
General Terms:
Must be A Current Blackmon Auctions Bidder or be approved to Register.
Buyer’s Premium of 14% will be added to the bid price of each item/all purchases (10% Buyers Premium + 4% Online Fee).
Cash, Approved Check and Credit Cards Accepted
There is no load out assistance provided by Blackmon Auctions…Bring help, dollys, furniture movers etc.
Loadout will take place after the Auction on Wednesday-Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday 8am to 12pm

**VERY IMPORTANT THINGS TO CONSIDER BEFORE BIDDING AT THIS AUCTION**
Load Out \ Equipment Removal:
-There is no load out assistance provided by Blackmon Auctions. Bring help, dollys, furniture movers etc.. Upon payment you will be emailed a paid/zero balance invoice – BRING/SEND THIS INVOICE WITH YOUR DRIVER TO SHOW TO PERSONNEL ON SITE or you will not be able to remove purchases. Please remove all purchases by Saturday, March 11 by Noon. Make your tentative transport plans BEFORE the auction. Send auction invoices with your drivers.
Condition:
Before bidding please know this - that these are being sold in the traditional AS IS WHERE IS condition that has governed most auctions since the auction method of selling was first conceived. Our descriptions are merely guides and can be considered mostly correct most of the time. BUT we are NOT perfect experts in the collectables business and therefore we won’t be responsible for any discrepancies in descriptions. Please make sure to inspect prior to bidding.
Inspection:
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. Inspection will be the day before the auction Monday March 6th from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Type Auction:
This will be an online only auction. Bidding will begin a few days before the auction. You can pre-bid throughout the process. *You can also enter a maximum bid and Proxibid automated system will bid for you along the bid increments – THIS OPTION WILL BE OF GREAT HELP IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN MULTIPLE LOTS since during this online auction many lots will end up closing simultaneously due to bid extensions. Place your max bids and the computer does it for you. You can bid during the closing of the auction as well. If a bid is submitted within the last minute of bidding a 45 second extension will be added. Invoices/Payment:
When you are finished buying on auction day please email accounting@blackmonauctions.comand request your invoice. Your invoice will be emailed back ASAP with payment instructions – Wire Transfer, Credit Card, Etc. If you do not email this request your invoice will be emailed to the email address you used at registration immediately after the conclusion of the auction (which will be late in the evening) from doug@blackmonauctions.com. Included in this email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected the day of the auction or the next morning.
