Auction Type
This will be an onsite auction combined with a virtual online auction! Whether you are onsite in Rusk or logged into Proxibid, it will progress as a typical live auction, along with all the funniness of the auctioneers for your enjoyment. We encourage online bidding but customers will be allowed onsite as well. Of course Pre-Bidding, Early Bidding and Max Bidding will be available online – beginning a few days before the auction.

Inspection
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. On-site inspection will be Wednesday, October 13 from 8AM-5PM. If you want to inspect early call Billy at 501-352-4703 and we will see if there is availability.

Terms
Buyers Premium of 6% will be added to the bid price of each item/all purchases. A slight additional premium will be added if bidding online. Applicable taxes will be charged and collected as well. If you bid online invoices will be emailed to the email address used at registration immediately after the conclusion of the auction from doug@blackmonauctions.com. Included in this email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected the day of the auction or the next morning. If you are exempt please make sure that we have your exemption form BEFORE the auction if possible. Email to doug@blackmonauctions.com

Load Out/Equipment Removal
All items must be removed by Tuesday, October 19 noon. There will be assistance loading for a couple days. No loading dock available.
