Auction Note
Erwin Logging is clearing out some surplus parts and equipment – Cleaning it up! Some good items and some items needing some TLC! Full list will be coming soon!
Type of Auction
Public Online Auction. This will be an online only auction. Bidding will begin a few days before the auction. You can pre-bid throughout the process. You can also enter a maximum bid and Proxibid automated system will bid for you along the bid increments. You can bid during the closing of the auction as well. If a bid is submitted within the last minute of bidding a 60+ second extension will be added.
Buyers Premium & Terms
Buyers Will Be Charged A 14% buyer's premium on all purchases. Invoices will be mailed at the conclusion of the auction from doug@blackmonauctions.com. If you don’t see your invoice in your inbox PLEASE check junk/spam folder! Payment is expected before the end of the day of auction or the next morning.
Condition of Equipment
EVERYTHING SELLS AS IS IN THE CONDITION IT IS IN. Estimations of condition are not to be considered a guarantee of functionality. No warranties. No guarantees. AS IS.
Equipment Removal
There will be assistance loading for a couple/few days. I don’t believe there is a loading dock on site. Please have your items removed within about a week if at all possible. This auction is being conducted at the Erwin Yard, not a Blackmon Auctions Yard. Upon payment you will receive a paid/zero balance invoice – BRING/SEND THIS INVOICE WITH YOUR DRIVER TO SHOW TO PERSONNEL ON SITE or you will not be able to remove purchases.
