Type of Auction:
This will be an onsite auction combined with a virtual online auction! Whether you are onsite or logged into Proxibid, it will progress as a typical live auction. We encourage online bidding but customers will be allowed onsite as well. Of course, online pre-bidding, early bidding, and max bidding will be available online to begin a few days before the auction.

Terms/Buyer’s Premium:
No sales tax will be charged at this auction. There will be a 10% Buyers Premium added to all purchases. Additional fee of 4% added for bidding online. Payment on auction day unless prior arrangements made. Checks accepted with Bank Letter addressed to Blackmon Auctions. Cash & Credit Cards accepted. If you buy online invoices will be emailed to the immediately after the conclusion of the auction from doug@blackmonauctions.com with Invoice & Wire Transfer Instructions & Credit Card Payment Link.
Inspection:
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. Inspection will be the day before the auction from 8-4:30. To inspect early by appointment only contact Billy with Blackmon Auctions at 501-352-4703 or billy@blackmonauctions.com and let’s see if there is availability
Equipment Removal:
There will be a forklift. Some items will be designated as BUYER LOADS or WILL BE LOADED FOR A FEE. Please plan early and have items removed as soon as possible. Preferably by Friday, March 31. If you buy lots of items/items requiring lots of loading we will allow more time.
