Terms:
Buyers premium 14%. Payment must be made no later than 24 hrs, after receipt of invoice (unless you have made arrangements with Blackmon in advance.) Payments may be made by Cash (at Blackmon office only), check, credit cards or wire transfers. There will be no sales tax charged at this auction.
All items are sold “as is, where is”.
Loadout:
8-4:30 M-F, 8-Noon Saturday. All items must be removed from the premises by October 8th @ 4:30 pm. We will have a forklift onsite to assist in loading.
Any items that require rigging service will be handled by Sanilift Riggers, a local company approved by Blackmon. Rigging costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please call Bo Dottley, Auction Mgr. for rigging prices.
Shipping/Palletizing:
Winning bidders will be given a number to call for quotes on shipping and/or palletizing items for transport, with their invoice.
*****Please Note*****
Winning bidders must present a “Paid” invoice before removing any item from the auction site. If you are brokering your load, please make sure your driver/transportation provider has a copy of you paid invoice before arrival.
