AUCTION NOTES
A U.S. Air Force Veteran, Harry Barrett owned and operated Barrett Aviation, North Little Rock, for 40 years. He passed away in June and this auction will help Mrs. Barrett settle the estate. Please make plans to be here or inspect early and bid online.
Auction will be Friday, August 26 at 8 AM.
Type of Auction:
This will be an onsite auction combined with a virtual online auction! Whether you are onsite in Hutchins with us or logged into Proxibid, it will progress as a typical live auction. We encourage online bidding but customers will be allowed onsite as well. Of course Pre-Bidding, Early Bidding and Max Bidding will be available online – beginning a few days before the auction.

Terms of Equipment/Assets:
No Sales Tax will be charged at this auction. Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the bid price of each item/all purchases. Invoices will be emailed to the email address used at registration immediately after the conclusion of the auction from doug@blackmonauctions.com. Included in this email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected the day of the auction or the next morning.
Inspection:
Determining the condition of the airplanes before bidding is the sole responsibility of the buyer. We will supply all the information we have but ultimately you are buying these items As Is Where Is with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. Load Out/Equipment Removal:
Buyers are responsible for insuring at the fall of the gavel and removing all items as soon as possible. Please pre plan for this. Blackmon Auctions will have staff on site for just a couple days following the auction.
