AUCTION NOTES

This auction will help settle the Estates of the late John D. Ballenger and Agnita R. Ballenger. Logging Equipment, Trucks, Trailers, Support Items and Parts and Scrap all must go.

Terms:
NO Sales Tax will be charged at this auction. A 10 % Buyer’s Premium will be charged. Slight additional fee charged for bidding online. Payment on auction day, unless prior arrangements made. Checks accepted with Bank Letter. Cash & Credit Cards accepted..

Load Out:  
Please remove all purchases within a week of the auction if possible. * The loader/forklift will only be there only for a few days AND will likely not be able to load some of the non runners and scrap – This will be the responsibility of the buyer.
