We’re accepting items for our December Arkansas Contractors’ Auction in Lonoke. Items will be accepted through Monday, December 6 at 4:30pm. Stop by our yard Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm to inspect items.
Auction Type:
This will be an onsite auction combined with a virtual online auction! Whether you are onsite in Lonoke or logged into Proxibid, it will progress as a typical live auction, along with all the funniness of the auctioneers for your enjoyment. We encourage online bidding but customers will be allowed onsite as well. Of course Pre-Bidding, Early Bidding and Max Bidding will be available online – beginning a few days before the auction.
Equipment Delivery:
Our staff will be on site beginning Monday, Nov 29, and our Arkansas Auction Complex in Lonoke will be open to accept your deliveries. The yard will be open from 8 AM to 5 PM weekdays and 8 AM to 12 PM on Saturday, Dec 4. (If you want to deliver big items before Nov 29, please contact Billy Hartnedy at (501) 352-4703 to see if available).
Equipment Delivery Deadline:
Have all items delivered by Monday, Dec 6 by 4:30PM
Terms:
There will be a 10% buyer’s premium (14% online) on the first $2,000 of each item sold BUT only a 2% buyer’s premium (6% online) on remaining balance. If you buy online, invoices will be emailed to the email address used at registration immediately after the conclusion of the auction from doug@blackmonauctions.com. Included in this email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected the day of the auction or the following morning.
Auction & Delivery Schedule – One Big Day
Best guesses…use as a guide only and don’t be late…or mad because we mis-guessed!
Deliver all consignments by 4:30 PM on Monday, Dec 6.
Auction starts at 8 AM sharp. We often sell with two auctioneers for an hour or so, selling truck parts and tires.
At approximately 9-9:30 AM, we begin selling some support items and then we’ll start selling pickups, SUVs, then small trailers.
Big trucks, dump trucks, and more begin to sell around 10-10:30 AM.
Approximately 11-11:30 AM, we sell big trailers & containers.
Around 12:30 PM or so we expect to start selling construction/rental type support items (may sell with two auctioneers for a little bit here) and — if we’re guessing correctly — around 1-1:30 PM we should start selling construction and logging equipment. We anticipate being finished selling around 3-4 PM.
