Arkansas Department of Transportation is selling surplus – Location: Utilizing the acreage and space at the Blackmon Auction Complex at 425 Blackmon Road, Lonoke, Arkansas 72086 for this auction.
Items sell WITHOUT RESERVE and AS-IS - Please inspect and do not assume condition – In the spirit of ensuring that we do NOT overpromise or misrepresent ArDOT & Blackmon Auctions will NOT offer their opinion of mechanical functionality or lack thereof. This responsibility is left solely and 100% to the buyer prior to bidding.
Schedule:
Auction will start at 8AM on “small stuff”. Usually a couple hundred items. We are estimating that we will start on the “big Stuff” around 10-10:30AM. Watch our web sites for updates!
Type Auction:
This will be an onsite auction combined with an online auction! Whether you are onsite in Lonoke or logged into Proxibid, it will progress as a typical live auction. We encourage online bidding and customers will be allowed onsite as well. Pre-Bidding, Early Bidding and Max Bidding will be available online – beginning a few days before the auction.
Terms:
Payment must be made on day of auction or the next morning. Applicable sales taxes will be charged – titled vehicles like pickups and trucks and most trailers will not be taxed at this auction since those taxes are paid when you register them in your name. Payment is expected the day of the auction or the next morning.
Online Bidding:
Links and instructions on our web sites! If you bid online, invoices will be emailed to the email address you used at registration at the conclusion of the auction from doug@blackmonauctions.com. Included in this email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected the day of the auction or the next morning. If you don’t see the email in your inbox please check your spam/junk folder.
Inspection:
* Strictly limited to Monday & Tuesday, November 7 & 8. 8AM-4:30PM each day. *
* Inspection will NOT be allowed the week before *
Load Out \ Equipment Removal:
All items must be removed by Thursday, November 17. There will be assistance loading. Loading docks available.
