Auction Type
Online Bidding Only. Bidding will begin on Tuesday, October 5 or before. Bidders will be able to prebid, max bid, actively bid & then transition into live bidding on auction closing day. Items begin closing, one at a time, on Thursday, October 7 at 9AM. Each item will have a “soft close” which means if someone bids in the last moments approx. 1 minute extension is added. Of course Pre-Bidding, Early Bidding and Max Bidding will be available!
Inspection
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. On-site inspection will be limited to Wednesday, October 6 from 8AM-5PM. If you want to inspect early call Billy at 501-352-4703 and we will see if there is availability.
Terms
Invoices will be emailed to the email address used at registration immediately after the conclusion of the auction from doug@blackmonauctions.com. Included in this email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected the day of the auction. Buyers Premium of 15% will be added to the bid price of each item/all purchases. Applicable taxes will be charged and collected as well. If you are exempt please make sure that we have your exemption form BEFORE the auction if possible. Email to doug@blackmonauctions.com.
Load Out/Equipment Removal
THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 13 BY NOON. Please bid on items only if you are sure you can pick them up in that time frame. A forklift will assist in loading – You will get loaded more quickly if you send personnel to load yourself (Tires, etc.). Some of the lifts will need to be dismantled by the BUYER. Make sure you or your driver has your auction invoice when picking up. We will most likely be loading out beginning as the conclusion of the auction straight through the weekend… Check back to be sure. There is a loading dock available.
