AUCTION NOTES
We are back in Muskogee!!! After a long break due to the pandemic and working through building a schedule around multiple one owner sales, our team is ready to open the Oklahoma Contractors Sale again!!
Longtime regional contractor and friend retiring and selling equipment and trucks right off their jobs! This is an open consignment sale! All items are welcome! We have a great list started already! Dozers, excavators, skid steers, truck tractors, specialty trucks, trailers, farm & hay equipment, personal vehicles, ATV’s, support equipment and much, much more!!
Consignment Drop Off:
We will begin accepting items on May the 10th at 8AM, and will accept items until 12 noon on May 17th. Yard will be open Saturday before the sale until noon & closed on Sunday. ***Please Note!!*** No items will be accepted after 12 noon on May 17th. Our crew needs time to catalog items and prepare for the sale.
Inspection Day
Inspection day is May 17th, from 8:00am – 4:00pm.
Buyer’s Premium:
There will be a 10% buyer’s premium on the first $2,000 of each item and 2% on the remaining balance. Items must be paid for the day of the auction unless you have made other arrangements in advance with Blackmon. We accept cash or a check with a letter of credit from your bank. We Do Take Credit Cards & Have Financing!! If you will be wiring funds, please call for pre-approval.
Removal Of Items:
All items must be removed within 7 days of the auction, unless you have made prior arrangements with Blackmon Auctions. **Please Note** If you Will be brokering your load after the sale, please make sure the driver has a copy of your paid invoice!! No items will be allowed to leave the yard without a paid receipt.
