Auction Type:
This will be an online only auction. Bidding will begin a few days before the auction. You can pre-bid throughout the process. *You can also enter a maximum bid and Proxibid automated system will bid for you along the bid increments. Place your max bids and the computer does it for you. You can bid during the closing of the auction as well. If a bid is submitted within the last minute of bidding a 45 second extension will be added.

Terms of Equipment/Assets:
No Sales Tax will be charged at this auction. Buyer’s Premium of 10% total will be added to the bid price of each item/all purchases (6% Buyers Premium + 4% Online Fee).
Inspection:
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. Inspection will be the day before the auction from 9-4:00. To inspect early by appointment only contact John with Blackmon Auctions at 501-584-4410 or john@blackmonauctions.com for availability.
Invoices/Payment:
Invoices will be emailed to the email address used at registration immediately after the conclusion of the auction from doug@blackmonauctions.com. Included in this email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected the day of the auction or the next business morning. If you don’t see Doug’s email please check spam/junk folder.
Load Out \ Equipment Removal:
Upon payment you will be emailed a paid/zero balance invoice – BRING/SEND THIS INVOICE WITH YOUR DRIVER TO SHOW TO PERSONNEL ON SITE or you will not be able to remove purchases. Please remove all purchases by Wednesday, December 20th by 4:00 PM. Make your tentative transport plans BEFORE the auction. This property where the items are located is a running business. * There is a loader onsite to assist with some of the loadout. This auction is being conducted on the seller’s yard which is an operating Tow and Recovery Business as well as a Salvage Yard and not A Blackmon Auctions Yard. Send auction invoices with your drivers! Plenty of Room for Big Rigs
