Terms:
10% Buyers Commission charged on each item purchased and an additional 4% fee to bid online.  Payment must be made on the day of the auction.  Cash, Check, Credit Cards and Wire Transfers will be accepted. A letter of reference from your lender is required if the buyer is unknown to Blackmon Auctions.
