The auction will begin at 4 PM on Thursday, Aug. 27 with registration starting at 2 PM. Please join us for hors d’oeurves and refreshments and an opportunity to ask any questions before the auction begins!

The auction will be held at the Wyndham Riverfront Little Rock at 2 Riverfront Place, North Little Rock, AR.

During registration, each bidder must provide proof of availability of funds. Please use the name you want the property/real estate contract to be in when you register. If there is another or additional name that needs to be included, please let us know.

A 3% buyer’s premium will be added to the bidder’s final bid price that will arrive at the ultimate final purchase price.

Closing in 30 days.

Earnest money in the amount of 5% of the final bid price is due day of the auction.

No contigencies! All due diligence must be done before bidding. All sales of the real estate properties are final. No exceptions will be made. Announcements made the day of the sale take precedence over printed material.
