After nearly 40 years in the wrecker-selling business, Stan Coker of Coker Equipment Sales says: “I’m done!” Most of these wreckers were sold new by Stan and traded back in when his customers wanted another. These all originated in Texas and were operated throughout the South. This is a great opportunity to buy a wide variety of wreckers that only comes around during an auction like this once every several years! This auction will liquidate his wrecker and truck inventory and about 100-150 support items. Mr. Coker is planning another auction in early 2021 to liquidate his shop and accessories along with remaining support items.

In order to ensure meeting the proper requirements of the State of Texas, Title Work will be done by the professionals at Coker. Out of Texas purchasers will pay sales tax when they register in their state. Any vehicle sold to a Texas Company to be registered in Texas will pay Coker the sales tax, title & registration at time of purchase. Texas charges 6.25% sales taxes, 1% diesel fee, plus transfer, Vehicle Inventory Tax, and License fee plus a $150.00 Doc Fee. Vehicle must have a current Texas State Inspection before any transfer can happen (state inspection responsibility of purchaser). Any parts sold at auction will be subject to sales taxes as applicable. Since most trucks are tow trucks, Coker will purchase “Tow Tags” if supplied TDLR Registration before transfer! It is critically important that you supply us with proper Titling Information, Address etc. If you are a dealer we will need your proper paperwork as well please. Titles will not be filled in until funds have been wired or are certified/confirmed. Thanks for bidding and please let us know if we can help.
On Site Buyer Premium is 5%. Additional Online Premium is 4% (thus 9% Total). Payment must be made day of auction. We will accept your check with a letter from your bank.
