This will be an onsite auction combined with a virtual online auction! Whether you are onsite in Arkoma or logged into Proxibid, it will progress as a typical live auction, along with all the funniness of the auctioneers for your enjoyment. We encourage online bidding but customers will be allowed onsite as well. Of course Pre-Bidding, Early Bidding and Max Bidding will be available online – beginning a few days before the auction.
Buyers Premium of 8% will be added to the bid price of each item/all purchases. A slight additional premium will be added if bidding online. Applicable taxes will be charged and collected as well. If you bid online invoices will be emailed to the email address used at registration immediately after the conclusion of the auction from firstname.lastname@example.org. Included in this email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected the day of the auction or the next morning. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. On-site inspection will be Monday, October 11 from 8AM-5PM. If you want to inspect early call Bo at 501-944-0921 and we will see if there is availability.
All items must be removed by Friday, October 15 afternoon. There will be assistance loading for a couple days. If you buy one of the rigs you will have more time to remove but you will also be responsible for removal – we will not be able to rig down or load. No loading dock available.
