Then turn south on Twin Lakes Road (County Road 303) and drive for 1 mile. Look for our auction signs.
Real Estate Terms
There will be a 10% buyer’s premium added to the bidder’s final purchase price. Must have proof of availability of funds to register. Closes in 30 days. Earnest money in the amount of 10% down added to each property purchased is due day of the auction and must be in the form of a cashier’s check made out to Thomas Blackmon Realty. No contingencies. No exceptions will be made and announcements made day of the sale take precedence over printed material.
There will be a 10% buyer’s premium on all items sold. Items must be paid for the day of the auction unless you have made other arrangements in advance with Blackmon Auctions. We accept credit cards, cash, or checks with a letter of credit from your bank.
All purchases must be removed by Monday, Aug. 9. The property will be open for removals from 8 AM to 4:30 PM on Thursday, Aug. 5 through Saturday, Aug. 7 and again on Aug. 9. There will be a loader onsite to assist in loading items. No loading dock. Any items that will require additional services will be the responsibility of the buyer.
