Auction Note – The property has been leased and must be vacated so everything goes! Fully Operational Fabrication Operation, Oilfield Trucks and Beds Inventory, Rebuilt and New Water Tower Trailers, Pumps, Parts, Truck Parts, Oilfield Accessories, NEW AND USED AND MORE!! Lee Dill is retiring from these businesses. So many great years of specialization in the industry. So many good units and supplies and parts to sell. We hope you will join us Onsite and Online!

Type Auction – This will be an exciting COMBO – 

On TUESDAY, MARCH 31 it will be an Onsite auction combined with a virtual Online auction – Best of Both Worlds where you can bid live onsite and bid on all items online from anywhere in the world! This day we will sell Fab Shop/Equipment and New/Upfitted Trucks, Oilfield Equipment and MORE! 

On Thursday, April 2 it will be an ONLINE ONLY auction selling Mechanics Trucks Cranes and Tanks and More, Fuel Tanks, Truck Parts, Some Smaller Fab Stuff, and MORE! 

Auction Schedule – 

On Tuesday, March 31 we will start around 8AM selling some parts and support items for about 30 minutes and then LAUNCH INTO GOOD TRUCKS and EQUIPMENT – Oilfield Trucks, Oilfield Equipment, and more. After that, we are guessing around noon or so, we will start on the FAB / SHOP EQUIPMENT. Tuesday’s auction will last until about 5 we guess.

On Thursday, April 2 we will sell all remaining items on the yard in an online only auction which will consist of truck parts and accessories, great office items, welders that need repair and more!

Buyers Premium/Fee/Terms – Applicable Texas sales tax will be charged at this auction. Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the bid price of each item/all purchases – This applies to purchases made on site and online. An additional premium of 4% (Total 14%) will be added if bidding online. If you bid online, invoices will be emailed to the email address used at registration immediately after the conclusion of the auction. Included in this email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected the day of the auction or the next morning. If you don’t see your invoice in your inbox soon after the last item of the auction sells please check spam/junk folders. 

Inspection – Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. Inspection is the day before the auction from 8AM-4:30PM. To inspect early contact Jeff Johnson at 817-609-6962 – call or text – and see when that works for all.

Load Out \ Equipment Removal – We will have a telescopic forklift to help load for about a few days. Please remove all items by April 10 if possible. If you buy a very large amount of inventory and are actively moving those purchases out we will allow for a few more days. Hours are 8AM-4:30 PM. BRING/SEND AUCTION INVOICE WITH YOUR DRIVER TO SHOW TO PERSONNEL ON SITE or you will not be able to remove purchases. Any items left on the yard after a week or so may be subject to storage fees. 

Shipping – 

Neither Blackmon Auctions nor the seller will package items for shipping or arrange shipment of items – This will be the responsibility of the buyer. 

Storage Fees / Liability – 

If you leave your item on this site after the assigned removal date above you may be subject to storage fees. Buyers: Upon the fall of the gavel (SOLD) the item becomes your responsibility so please make sure you notify your insurance company etc. 

Condition of Equipment – Please read the estimation of condition in the description of each item. Some of these units are new, some are well refurbished, some are used but functional and some are being sold as parts. Blackmon nor the seller offer or imply any guarantees or warranties of condition or functionality. Blackmon Auctions sells all items in the traditional auction form, AS IS Where Is/No Warranties or Guarantees regarding condition.

Starting Bids – These “starting bids” online are here only to expedite your bidding and save your valuable time! They are not implying value, just getting us started!

The Blackmon and Tiger/Circle D Teams are sorting and cataloging and photographing more items! There will be hundreds of great items in this auction. Watch for updates! Here is the early list… 

The 1000 numbers will be Trucks and Trailer and Oilfield Equipment… Maybe start with the Water Towers/Trailers, TriPlexs, Best Trucks and wander into New Truck Beds etc.

The 2000 numbers will be the Fab Stuff… Maybe start with the Rolls, Shears, Breaks, Welding Tables, etc and wander into the best welders etc. 

The 3000 numbers might be in the parts room and the oilfield parts that are around

Jump to 5000 numbers for the Online Only items – The Mechanic Truck Cranes, Fuel Tanks, some truck parts, office items, support stuff, welders that need repair etc.
