AUCTION NOTES
This will be the 51st year of this open consignment farm machinery auction! The Portland Open Auction has proven to be the place to sell and buy your machinery. Because of our loyal customers, this auction continues to be a success every year. This sale will have over 600 lots and will last all day.
(Farmers: If you are considering having an auction or downsizing your operation please give Michael a call at 501-352-4709. We offer a reduced commission for complete sellouts that are assigned to the Portland Open.)

Portland, AR is in the southeast corner of Arkansas on United States highway 165 between McGehee and the Louisiana state line.
Delivery
We will start accepting equipment at 8 AM on Monday, January 31. Please deliver your items by Tuesday, Feb. 8 by 5pm.
Inspection
You may inspect the items from 8 AM to 4 PM the day before the auction on Wednesday, Feb. 9. Blackmon Auctions staff will be onsite to register and assist you with any questions.
Terms
There will be a 6% buyer’s premium added on all purchases. Payment is required day of the auction unless you have made other arrangements in advance with Blackmon Auctions. We accept credit cards, cash, wire transfers, or check with a letter of credit from your lender if buyer is unknown to Blackmon Auctions.
Loadout
All purchases must be removed by Friday, Feb. 18. The yard will be open from 8 AM to 4:30 PM daily until then. There will be a loader onsite to assist in loading items. No loading dock so please send the appropriate trailer. If you are unable to remove your items by Feb. 18, loading fees will be charged based on the size of equipment and amount of time spent loading. You’ll need to contact Michael Hinze at (501) 352-4709 to schedule an appointment.
