Auction Dates & Advertising Equipment
Auction Dates: We have auctions on this yard five times each year:
* Mid March
* Mid May
* Third Week in July
* Mid September
* Third Week In November
Advertising in our Color Brochure: We mail 30,000 flyers each auction. To include your items in that mailing the information and photos need to be emailed to billy@blackmonauctions.com at least 28 days in advance. If you miss the advertising deadline, no problem, we will have a great crowd at each auction!

Blackmon Auction Complex Address: 3133 S 32nd St, Muskogee, OK 74401 (We are on the edge of the city limits so this address hasn't actually been assigned, but for equipment delivery and pickup purposes, this will get you there!)

Directions: We are located on the southwest side of Muskogee on Highway 69/South 32nd Street. Directly across the street from the Oklahoma DOT Building and just north of the Creek Nation Casino. Just north of Peak Blvd. On the West side of the road.

Yard Hours
OUR CHECK IN CREW IS ONLY ON SITE BEGINNING THE MONDAY THE WEEK BEFORE THE AUCTION
OUR CHECK OUT CREW IS ONLY ON SITE FOR 8 DAYS FOLLOWING THE AUCTION
During those two weeks open Seven Days each week, 8AM to 5PM

What to do Once you Arrive at the Complex
Coming to Buy?
- Parking (RV, TRUCK, Car) - Graveled Parking for all vehicles.
Registration
- Register to buy when you arrive at the yard. The registration office is on the south end of our office.
Inspection
- You can come inspect anything that has arrived on our yard any time our yard is open for equipment delivery (See Yard Hours above)
Delivering Equipment?
- You do not need a ''Number'' before you deliver - Our check in crew will give you a number and show you where to place your equipment
- In order to consign equipment to this auction, just send it to the yard. The crew is prepared to take care of checking in your items. If you would like to advertise your items in our color brochure, email billy@blackmonauctions.com with all of the information.
- You will enter the yard and pull in front of the main office and someone will come out a greet you.
- Bring Titles with all of your vehicles
Removal of Equipment
- To pick up your purchases you MUST HAVE your paid receipt.
- Time Frame
- You have one week following the auction to remove your purchases.
- Load Out/Picking Up Your Purchases
- At the Blackmon Auction Complex, (1) 8,000lb Telescopic Boom Forklift is provided and we have multi-level loading docks.
