Auction Schedule:
The auction will begin at 9:00 AM sharp. We will begin in the shop, office and on much of the support equipment. We will then go outside and sell Pickups. Then the Big Equipment and Big Trucks & Trailers will sell. The Pipe, Trench Boxes, Steel Plates, Gravel Boxes, etc will likely sell last. Be on time and stay until we are through!

A Complete Payment in U.S. Funds must be made on the day of the auction. We accept personal and company checks only with a guaranteed letter of credit from your bank. Please fax that letter to 501-664-4538 and present the original when registering at the auction. We accept cash. We do not accept credit cards. If you are using a finance/leasing company to pay, contact us prior to the auction and inform us of the payment policy. If you would like to wire transfer funds, please call for pre approval. Applicable Arkansas Sales Tax Laws apply. You will be charged the tax unless you can provide us with a copy of a resale exemption form. Exporters must pay the tax on sale day, provide us with the proper paperwork within 30 days and we’ll refund those taxes.
All purchases must be paid for by U.S. funds on the day of auction. No item is to be removed from the premises until full settlement has been made. Buyers not personally known by auction company must present an irrevocable letter of guarantee from issuing bank, guaranteeing payment to Blackmon Auctions.
